A foundation built on community voices

Voices for Community Development Foundation is a non-profit community development organisation working across Abaji Area Council in the Federal Capital Territory. We mobilise young people, women groups, community leaders and development partners around practical initiatives in education, leadership, digital skills, entrepreneurship and civic participation. Our work begins by listening — community dialogues shape every programme we run, so that the solutions we deliver are the ones our people actually need.
